We use this intro meeting to get a full grasp on your health and fitness journey up to this point.
Without it, we're unable to create a plan designed to lead you to your goals given your prior experiences, level of conditioning and potential restrictions.
This is a quick 15 minute virtual zoom call to get properly introduced and learn about you!
After we've gotten the opportunity to learn more about you, your goals and fitness journey, we'll immediately get to work on your custom fitness plan.
Your plan includes your first 90 days with us, during which you can quit any time and get a 100% refund on...so when we say "risk free" we mean it!
This meeting will be held with owner and trainer Jordan Gonzales. That way you can ask any questions or raise any concerns regarding the gym face to face!
