Position Overview

 Join the Big Fitness team as a Fitness Program Specialist, where you’ll bring expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence to every client interaction. In this role, you will design, implement, and monitor customized fitness programs tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs, while providing ongoing guidance, support, and accountability. You will use our proprietary Big Fitness Online Training platform to deliver a comprehensive and seamless experience, ensuring each client feels supported, motivated, and inspired throughout their fitness journey.

Personalized Program Development

 

  • Leverage insights gathered from initial consultations, body measurements, and assessments to build fitness programs tailored to each client’s specific goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.
  • Ensure programs align with Big Fitness standards and are continually optimized to support each client’s progress and satisfaction.

Execution of Customized Workout Sessions

 

  • Design and implement workout sessions in line with Big Fitness protocols, directly guiding clients through their personalized workouts in our private training pods.
  • Use the Big Fitness Online Training platform to log each workout and monitor progress, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Provide hands-on instruction for proper form and technique, deliver real-time corrections, and ensure the highest standards of safety and performance.
  • Spot clients during exercises and maintain active, encouraging engagement throughout each session.

Comprehensive Fitness Consultations

 

  • Conduct in-depth fitness consultations, including Q&A sessions, body measurements, and workout assessments to evaluate each client’s current fitness level and identify their unique motivations.
  • Use consultation findings to place clients into suitable programs, positioning them for optimal success.

Goal Setting and Accountability Support

 

  • Facilitate the establishment of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals and maintain accountability through Big Fitness’s IDS/AGS programs.
  • Act as a consistent source of support, keeping clients motivated and aligned with their fitness ambitions.

Nutritional Guidance and Support

 

  • Utilize the Big Fitness Online Training platform to create and upload personalized nutritional recommendations that align with each client’s fitness goals and lifestyle.
  • Provide ongoing nutritional guidance and recommendations to support clients’ holistic wellness and fitness objectives.

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in fitness consultation, program development, and client accountability.
  • Knowledgeable in SMART goal-setting frameworks and nutrition basics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Proficiency with fitness technology and digital platforms for client tracking and program management.

Compensation

  • $25.00 / hour starting
  • Commission on unique clients 
  • Pay for 50% of all certifications
