Big Fitness Inc. uses a frame work for cultivating & facilitating effective thinking with their clients and has used it to successfully help hundreds of struggling people to finally break through on improving their physical fitness, mental health, and over all quality of life.
My goal is to talk with as many experienced fitness trainers, fitness instructors, coaches of any kind, nutritionists of any kind, dietitians, sports pros, life coaches, wellness coaches, any anyone else in the ball park to paint a clear picture to our listeners of what real fitness looks like through the raw stories of true fitness practitioners!
