Type - Your certified personal trainer will layout what workout formats, style of exercises, cardio / weight training sessions, & rep / set ranges that will be required to complete to reach your personalized goal.
Progression - Your certified personal trainer will help you set measurable metrics specific to your personal fitness goal to track progress and ensure you are on your way to reaching your goal
(AGS) is the most important part of your program & is what sets big fitness apart from other fitness coaching firms, where we set real goals that can actually be reach systematically.
Your certified personal trainer will will help you set personalized S.M.A.R.T. Goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time bound goals.
Goals are set in 3 areas: Measurements / Performance, Nutrition / Hydration, & Personal Accountability (things that you specifically need to get done with your personal life style on a weekly / daily basis to help you reach your fitness goal such as; time management, scheduling, grocery shopping, planning, etc.
These goals are recorded & tracked using our online training app and assessed at the beginning of each month.
As your program goes on the goals evolve to get more specific on combatting the real issues that lye between you and success in your fitness and health!
You usually know what you need to do or need to stop doing to reach your goal are job is to help you figure out how to actually get the job done and continue to well into the future!
Your certified personal trainer will help you create daily & weekly habits that will help you reach your personal fitness goals such.
Each day your certified personal trainer will send you habit tracking check ins to keep track of your task bast fitness habits once you complete them. (EX: Daily water goal check in push notification through our training app @ 8:00pm every night during your program to see how often you are getting enough water.
We help you set 2-3 personal accountability reminders and daily / weekly check ins to keep you focused and accountable to your fitness goals.
Your certified personal trainer will send all of your in-person training sessions & homework workouts that you will need to complete your own in a guide document located in your smart phone online personal training app.
This Schedule will show what days / times your workouts are each week and what workout you will be doing on that specific day.
Your certified personal trainer will create your personalized workout schedule based on your personal life situation and work schedule. We make it happen for you so all you need to do is execute the plan!
Every 4 weeks or the 1st week of each month we run your required 30 minute (AGS) session - Accountability & Goal Setting session.
AGS WEEK is where we take your body measurements, look at the daily / weekly / monthly goals we help you set, and compare them to all the metrics we tracked for the past 4 weeks; # of workouts completed, # of habits checked in, number of personal accountability goals checked in, performance numbers tracked, etc.
