FOCUS: Our Personal Trainers will run you through our accountability and goal setting program (AGS) on the first week of every month, automating your focus on your goals and keeping you aware of your progress. How many times do you get momentum going on your fitness goals and life gets in the way, distracting you from your fitness goals and through you off course? Having our trainers meet with you in person every month to assess and set personalized goals to keep you accountable to, you will always have your goals & progress in the front of your mind no matter what life throughs at you.
DIRECTION: Our Personal Trainers create your personal fitness program, schedule your weekly workouts, modify your exercises to accommodate your current fitness level, and assess your progress every month using our (AGS) program automating your fitness journey, ensuring that it is always heading in the right direction.
4 RECCURING STEPS AFTER YOUR 1ST WORKOUT ASSESSMENT
1ST WORKOUT: Our Personal Trainers run you through a fitness consultation, nutritional behavior break down, body measurements, and an assessment workout. Your 1st workout is used to give our Personal Trainers a deeper understanding of your fitness goals, motivations, issues, obstacles, time lines, events, current capability's, limitations, etc. to find exactly how we will be helping you accomplish your fitness goals.
2nd WORKOUT & MONTHLY ACCOUNTABILITY & GOAL SETTING: Your 2nd workout after the 1st workout fitness assessment we will map out you (AGS) S.M.A.R.T goals to keep your accountable to from month to month. Your S.M.A.R.T goals are measurable task based weekly actions that our trainers will be tracking recording and rewarding to keep you accountable to the goals your set. We assess your AGS goals on the 1st week of every month.
MONTHLY BODY MEASURMENTS & PERFORMANCE TEST: One the 1st week of every month your Personal Trainers will take your body measurements and assess your functional performance goals.
WEEKLY TRAINER RAN & ONLINE HOMEWORK WORKOUTS: After your 1st workout assessment and (AGS) consultation on your 2nd workout, your Personal Trainer will create your personalized program, schedule your homework on our online training application, and run your in-person appointment based workouts until the 1st of the next month and the process repeats.
IDENTIFY ISSUES IN 3 AREAS: Diet, hydration, activity / performance.
SET S.M.A.R.T. GOALS: Your goals need to be trackable so we can make sure the program is working correctly or if we will need to make changes. S.M.A.R.T. goals are Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, Timely.
RECORD & TRACK AGS GOALS & WORKOUTS THROUGH OUR ONLINE TRAINING APP ON SMART PHONE: We will schedule workouts and habit tracker checking on the app for you to check into to track your completion. We tell our members they can use our online training app as much or as little as they want depending on their performance to technology.
