4 Steps To Expect oN yOUR 1st Workout

  • Step 1: Sit down with your certified personal trainer to go over every detail of your fitness goals including your diet.
  • Step 2: Take all your body measurements such as height, weight, fat%, muscle%, BMI, body circumferences, etc. and compare them to national averages according to the American College of Sports Medicine to assess your current fitness level.
  • Step 3: Run through a workout assessment to test your current capabilities using our private personal training facility in your own 800 square foot reserved training pod.
  • Step 4: We use your results to show exactly where you are now and use them to create your personalized fitness plan to get you to exactly were you want to be!
