The Big Idea

"Appearance Follows Function"

  • If you want to look a certain way, your body will have to function a certain way!
  • Function here, is referring to your bodies performance level!
  • Your body has 3 major levels of performance.

  1. Cardiovascular / Respiratory.
  2. Muscular.
  3. Functional.  

  • The focus here is to improve these areas together to force a real change in the bodies physiology to induce a change in your bodies composition!  

The Three Elements of Performance

  • Muscular stability

Functional

  • Movement synergy

The BIG FITNESS Program

  1. Your performances is assessed through our functional performance test and compared to your body measurements.
  2. Your results are then analyzed , and  a program is generated specifically to improve your weaknesses using the BIG FITNESS three element training system.
  3. Every 4 weeks your performance and body measurements are recorded to show progression in your performance and its direct relation to the change in your physical appearance!
  4. As your performances increases in each area, you will start to see your body measurements change and follow directly with it.
  5. You are guided through the whole process and supported on your journey every step of the way by our team and the Big Fitness Family.
  6. You get direct access to other classes and services that supplement your path to BIGGER and better success in your fitness and in your life!
