The Story - 6 years of business
For 6 years, our fortress has stood atop a windswept hill. Its walls hewn from unbreakable stone—are known as Belief: belief in ourselves, in our mission, in the promise that tomorrow will be stronger than today. Within those walls stands our army: teammates who feel more like family, neighbors who rally as community, every one of us committed to the same cause.
From the very beginning, our recruits learned that building a fortress takes more than mortar. It takes Ownership, each person claiming their victories and their mistakes. It takes Service, the willingness to put another’s needs before your own. It takes Diligence, unyielding effort when the sun scorches and when the rain pelts. It takes Connection, a bond that holds us together when the stones crack under pressure. And it takes Authenticity, showing up exactly as we are, with every strength and every flaw on display.
For 6 years, day after day, season after season, our army raised shields bearing these values. We drilled together at dawn, we cheered one another on when the walls trembled, and we celebrated each small victory as if it were the crowning triumph of a lifetime.
Yet for every triumph, there came a new assault. It started as a whisper just beyond the gate, then a pounding at the ramparts when we least expected. Siege engines of doubt rattled our defenses; skirmishers of hesitation picked at the joints between our stones.
Every time the tide seemed to turn against us, our shields of Ownership, Service, Diligence, Connection, and Authenticity held fast, and our walls of Belief in our selves and each other did not falter.
Now, as we mark our first expansion since 2019, the fortress has evolved. New towers pierce the sky; fresh battlements wrap around broader ground. Our army is larger, our grip stronger. We’ve fortified every corner with lessons learned on the battlefield.
And only now do we name this adversary: the one that hides in shadow, claws at foundations, and preys on the faintest crack in our resolve. The one that watches for the moment we doubt ourselves, then storms the gate with every falsehood it can muster.
Fear! Ever constant, ever cunning, fear has tested us from the first day. But today, after 6 years of relentless combat, Big Fitness Inc. stands taller than ever, its walls unshaken, its army unbowed.
Because we would BE WILLING, day in and day out, to do what ever it took, to live by our core values, to protect our fortress, our dreams, with everything we had, our walls of Belief have grown stronger than ever before!
BE WILLING to do what ever it takes to fight for your dreams, to maintain belief in yourself no matter what life throws at you, and you will achieve it!
