  • Complexity: Level 2
  • Benefit: Coordination / balance / stability  


Throw

  • Exercise: Slam Ball Shovel Toss
  • Focus: Upper body power & agility 
  • Complexity: Level 2
  • Benefit: Coordination / balance / stability  

Hang

  • Exercise: Hanging Grip Rotation
