5 RECURRING STEPS AFTER Starting the process

  1. FILL OUT YOUR FITNESS PROFILE FORM & SCHEDULE A 1ST WORKOUT DIRECTLY  Fill out a member intake form detailing your personal goals, current fitness level, fitness history, limitations, etc. & schedule a time to talk over your goals and motivation to get you set up for your 1st workout or set up a virtual call to ask questions and get details on how we will help you crush your fitness goals directly from our certified professionals.
  2. 1ST WORKOUT: Our personal trainers review your fitness & nutrition goals intake form, take your body measurements, and lead you through an assessment workout. Your 1st workout is used to give our personal trainers a deeper understanding of your fitness goals, motivations, issues, obstacles, time lines, events, current capability's, limitations, etc. to find exactly how we will be helping you accomplish your fitness goals. 
  3. MONTHLY ACCOUNTABILITY & GOAL SETTING: Your 2nd workout after the 1st workout fitness assessment we will map out you (AGS) S.M.A.R.T goals to keep your accountable to from month to month. Your S.M.A.R.T goals are measurable task based weekly actions that our trainers will be tracking recording and rewarding to keep you accountable to the goals your set. We assess your AGS goals on the 1st week of every month. 
  4. MONTHLY BODY MEASUREMENT & PERFORMANCE TEST: One the 1st week of every month your certified personal trainer will take your body measurements and assess your functional performance goals.
  5. WEEKLY TRAINER LEAD & ONLINE HOMEWORK WORKOUTS: After your 1st workout assessment and (AGS) consultation on your 2nd workout, your certified personal trainer will create your personalized program, schedule your homework on our online training application, and run your in-person appointment based workouts  until the 1st of the next month and the process repeats.

4 Simple Steps To Create Your Personalized Fitness Success Plan.

  • Step 1: Sit down with a certified personal trainer to go over every detail of your fitness goals including your diet.
  • Step 2: Take all your body measurements such as height, weight, fat%, muscle%, BMI, body circumferences, etc. and compare them to national averages according to the American College of Sports Medicine to assess your current fitness level.
  • Step 3: Run through a workout assessment to test your capabilities using our private personal training facility in your own reserved training pod.
  • Step 4: We use your results to show exactly where you are now and to create your personalized fitness plan to get you to exactly were you want to be!
